1. INTERPRETATION & VARIATION

1.1
In the Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Company means Way Centre (Registered Peacock Dream Design, KVK 72991844)
User means any person that has signed a Registration Form or bought a ticket via the website which the Company has accepted.
Registration Form means the registration or application form signed by User on the website.
Website means www.way-center.com or affiliated websites.
Workshop and Event mean - program with duration from 1 to 10 hours
Retreat means - program with duration more than 12 hours.
1.2
The Terms & Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form & online ticket system.
1.3
The Company reserves the right to vary or revoke any of the Terms & Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or suitable for the regulation of the governance of the Company and the conduct of Users.
1.4
The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands & subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

2. PAYMENT AND CANCELATION TERMS
2.1
Details of the events, workshop, retreat prices are available on our website.
2.2
Workshops and one-day events can be refundable if notice is given a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) before the workshop or event date.
2.3
Retreats can be refundable if notice is given a minimum of 30 days before the retreat date. Deposits however are non-refundable.

3. CANCELATION BY THE COMPANY
3.1
The Company has the right to cancel the retreat on account of weighty circumstances.
3.2
Weighty circumstances are circumstances that are of such a nature that the Company can no longer be reasonably required to fulfil the retreat.
3.3
a. If the cause of the cancellation is attributable to the User, the User is liable for the resulting loss.
b. If the cause of the cancellation is attributable to the Company, the Company is liable for the total amount of the retreat which has to be refunded to the User.
c. If the cause of the cancellation is attributable to neither the User nor the organiser, each party bears its own share of the loss.
3.4
In case the event will be cancelled by the event organiser, the Company will reimburse clients the full amount of the retreat. The Company will inform the client immediately after being informed by the event organiser that the event has been cancelled. The Company can not be held responsible or liable for any costs the User made through parties other than the Company. The Company will not reimburse any other costs or damages in case of cancellation of the event.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1
The Company cannot be held responsible for any service or equipment not being available for whatever reason. The Company reserves the right to make alterations to the types of facilities provided, without notice & in its absolute discretion & the Company shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except in so far as loss is by law incapable of exclusion.
4.2
It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that they are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme that they follow or class that they attend. Users accept the risk of injury from performing exercises & are advised to consult their doctor before beginning any programme, workshop, events or retreats. The Company accepts no liability for loss or damage to property or injury of Users or their guests to them on the Company's premises or outside.

We may use your data to contact you if you have visited the studio as a guest, filled in a web form through our website, emailed us or contacted us on social media. Your opinion is very important to us, so we may send you an email to seek your feedback.
